A Post-Doctoral position is available in the Biotechnology Department at IFPen

Situated at Rueil-Malmaison  (western suburb of Paris)

The post-doctoral will work on the Trichoderma reesei, a filamentous fungus widely used to produce enzymes capable of hydrolysing cellulotic biomass to glucose.  The project will included

– an analysis of transcriptomics and metabolomics data (datas have already been generated) and genetics experiments to validated results of the analysis.

–  an epigenetic study on strains in industrial conditions.

Candidates should have a PHD in molecular biology, an experience in Chip seq will be an asset.
