12 Early Stage Researcher (ESR) positions are now available in the Marie Skłodowska-
Curie Actions European Joint Doctoral Programme YEASTDOC

What we offer:

• A mentored PhD research project in a leading European Yeast Biotechnology Centre
• Joint registration for a PhD at a two top level European Universities
• Secondment to the industrial sector
• A comprehensive training programme
• A 36 month contract on EU Marie Curie rates (€37,320k/pa + mobility allowance)

What we require:

• An MSc degree in microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar discipline
• Demonstrated track record of motivation and high academic achievement
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Compliance with EU Marie Curie ITN eligibility requirements (see https://yeastdoc.eu/)
• Willingness to undertake secondments and training with different partners
Excellent English language skills
